The European Seal of Approval "HR Excellence in Research" (HRS4R)

Research
The HRS4R aims to improve the recruitment practices of research organizations and institutions in terms of the working environment of researchers. Awarded by the European Commission, the HRS4R label recognizes institutions committed to this approach and signatories to the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for Recruitment.
These two texts define in 40 points, on the one hand, the roles and responsibilities of researchers, professor-researchers and staff contributing to research activities, and, on the other hand, recommendations enabling their employers to improve working, training and recruitment conditions with a view to making scientific careers and the mobility of researchers more attractive.
