The rooms

All rooms are equipped with webconferencing solutions (Please note: As of July 24, 2026, the UGA no longer has a Zoom license. We recommend using La suite numérique Visio)



Amphitheatre: 90 seats, equipped with webconferencing, ideal for conferences, presentations, proceedings and training courses; 1st floor.

Espace Showroom: 90 places, with 3 high tables and 6 benches and 4 trestle tables; ideal for exhibitions and pots; ground floor.

Salle des conseils: 25 to 30 seats, equipped with webconferencing, ideal for boards, large meetings and training courses; ground floor.

Meeting room 108: 12-seat meeting room, equipped with webconferencing; 1st floor.

Meeting room 110: 6-seat meeting room, equipped with webconferencing; 1st floor.

Enter your meeting details and dates, and the application will show you which rooms match and are available.

Check room availability

Define a date or period, then select the rooms on the left for which you wish to view availability.
Hold the mouse over the room to display its specific features and equipment.
