The European University UNITE!

Grenoble INP Institute of Engineering and Management of Université Grenoble Alpes and six other European institutions* have been awarded the "European University" label for the UNITE! project. project (for University Network for Innovation, Technology and Engineering).
This project, selected and funded by the European Commission to the tune of €5 million over the period 2020 - 2022, aims to create a large European campus from Finland to Portugal. With the agreement and full support of the entire Université Grenoble Alpes community, Grenoble INP is in line with the international outreach objectives defined for the future integrated university on the Grenoble Alpes site. The UNITE! project is also supported by the Metropolitan Grenoble-Alpes.

UNITE! is an innovative project in the field of engineering education and the development of European citizenship. This project brings together seven technological universities recognized for the quality of their training and research: *Technische Universität Darmstadt (Germany), the lead institution, Aalto University (Finland), Kunglia Tekniska Hoegskolan (Sweden), Politecnico di Torino (Italy), Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (Spain), Universidade de Lisboa (Portugal) and Grenoble INP Institut d'Ingénierie Univ.Grenoble Alpes. These seven universities have been members of the CLUSTER network for thirty years and this project is the fruit of a long and trusting collaboration.
