Exemption from a French higher education diploma requirement for admission to a PhD program

The application of candidates who do not hold a French national Master's degree level will be examined by the Commission Dispenses et Dérogations Doctorales (CD3).
Your application must be sent by e-mail to your Doctoral School at least 15 days before the CD3's dates.
The CD3 sits more or less once a month.
