Following the new measures announced by the government against the spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus, the doctoral programs that were scheduled to take place from March 29 to April 3, 2020 are cancelled. The organizing committee is studying the possibility of a postponement by the end of 2020. More information to come.
Every year, the Doctoriales® bring together about 80 PhD students from the Université Grenoble Alpes for a residential week in Autrans during which they prepare for their professional integration.
During these few days, they take part in a unique collective experience around an innovative activity creation project and reflect on their professional project.
This seminar enables the development of new human, managerial and entrepreneurial skills through the exchange with project team members, coaches and expert speakers with varied professional experiences. It should enable future PhDs to become aware of the advantages of training through research, by putting them in a concrete situation of activity creation reconciling economic model and social utility.
Throughout this training, PhD students will be led to:
identify their potentialities,
to value their skills,
work as a team,
explore their potential for innovation and creativity,
communicate with a non-expert audience,
discover business and social entrepreneurship,
think about their professional future.
Exchanges and interactivity characterize the Doctoriales® :
poster presentation,
intervention of professionals,
design of a creative project as a team,
skills assessment,
recruitment techniques and interview simulation,
documentary resources.
Aware of the prospects that their skills offer them in the socio-economic world, they thus prepare their professional integration in the best possible way.
