PhD Ceremony 2022
To attend the PhD Ceremony, please fill out the form below. This ceremony will take place in person and is the preferred format, but it will also be possible to attend remotely if you are unable to attend in person. It will also be broadcast live so that your loved ones can watch, regardless of their situation. The ceremony will be followed by a festive evening.
- If you are attending remotely, please fill out the postal address fields in order to send you the ceremonial sash.
- If you are attending in person, the sash will be given to you on the day
This registration form is reserved for 2021 PhDs graduates in order to identify those present in your graduating year, as well as the relatives who will attend with you. Your supervisors will also be able to attend.
For those who have questions about the collecting their PhD diploma, an email will be sent by the school when it is avaible with instructions on how to collect it. The Doctoral College will ensure that you can pick up your PhD diploma on the day of the ceremony. For non-attendees, it can be sent by mail.
