Once your admission to the Doctoral School has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail from the "scolarité" Office with a link to your registration form (including payment of your registration fees).
How to register for the first year
If you have already been registered at the UGA, you must register and pay your registration fees online after receiving the email inviting you to do so List of documents to be provided (pdf)
If you have never been registered at the UGA, you must register in person or remotely according to the current health restrictions. Payment is made by bank transfer or by credit card in person. List of documents to be provided (pdf)
The jury that validates the final award of your master's degree or engineering diploma is essential for your registration for the first year of your PhD.
Student card
The student card distributed to all Université Grenoble Alpes students is a multi-service card that is active throughout your studies.
This card acts as a student card (it allows you to identify yourself during your studies), but also offers other services such as:
access to certain laboratories
access to university libraries
payment of your meals in the university restaurants (via Izly)
payment for printing.
If you lose your student card, you must contact ced-centredinscription@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr
You will be asked to provide proof that your card has been stolen or to pay a €15 reissue fee.
An institutional address (@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr) is also created. Your email address is accessible from the staff intranet (https://intranet.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr) You must register to benefit from this access.
