Student card

The student card distributed to all Université Grenoble Alpes students is a multi-service card that is active throughout your studies.
This card acts as a student card (it allows you to identify yourself during your studies), but also offers other services such as:
  • access to certain laboratories
  • access to university libraries
  • payment of your meals in the university restaurants (via Izly)
  • payment for printing.
If you lose your student card, you must contact ced-centredinscription@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr
You will be asked to provide proof that your card has been stolen or to pay a €15 reissue fee.

Your UGA personal space

Once your administrative registration has been completed, you will receive an email within 48 to 72 hours following your registration, with a link to create a password to access your personal space intranet (LEO) : it is in this space, section "MonDossierWeb", that you will find your certificateof registration and the statement of fees paid, as well as links to your digital resources, your administrative procedures and information on student life.

An institutional address (@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr) is also created. Your email address is accessible from the staff intranet (https://intranet.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr)
You must register administratively to benefit from this access.

It is essential for exchanges with the Doctoral College services to indicate valid and permanent contact details when you register administratively:
  • Personal email required
  • Personal telephone number
  • Permanent address (parents...)
  • Current address
