As part of the partnership between UGA and the Prefecture, the ISSO service has established a system to report critical situations of PhD students who have already submitted a residence permit application to the Prefecture of Isère.
As part of the partnership between UGA and the Prefecture, the ISSO service has established a system to report critical situations of PhD students who have already submitted a residence permit application to the Prefecture of Isère.
To be eligible for a report under this framework, you must, as a PhD student, meet the following conditions:
If you are affected by this issue, we encourage you to contact your laboratory or file a report through the form provided by the Doctoral College by completing the following file below.
Your request will then be reviewed by ISSO, and you will receive a response from the email address phd-residencepermit-alert@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr.
To be eligible for a report under this framework, you must, as a PhD student, meet the following conditions:
- Reside in Isère
- Have applied for one of the following types of residence permits:
- Student and Student in a mobility program
- « Talent chercheur » and « Talent famille »
- Have submitted your application more than 2 months ago for a "student" status or more than 1 month ago for a "talent chercheur" status
- Justify the critical nature of your situation, which has a proven impairment on the progress of your PhD.
