PhD Students Rights & Representatives

Diversité
The Collège and its Doctoral Schools are extremely sensitive to issues related to improving the quality of life of PhD students. This is why the College has drafted a PhD charter that precisely describes the rights and duties of PhD students and the institution. The College works in close collaboration with elected PhD students, of which the PhD House, a place of welcome and services, is a concrete expression. Finally, we promote your rights to fight against harassment and discrimination.

The PhD charter

The charter defines the principles that form the basis of the relationship between the different actors of the doctoral project within the UGA: the PhD Student and the thesis supervisors, but also the director of the Doctoral School and the director of the laboratory, representatives of the UGA.

Elected representatives of the PhD students

PhD students have elected representatives on the Doctoral School Councils, the Doctoral College Council, the Research Pole Councils, the Board of Directors, and the Research Commission of the Academic Council of the Université Grenoble Alpes.

Fight against harassment and discrimination

The University and the Doctoral College are committed to the fight against all forms of harassment and/or discrimination.
